Please do not provide customer names, customer phone numbers, residential addresses, payment information, account credentials, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through our public website survey.
Demonstration Account Information
Our public or shared product demonstration is intended to contain synthetic and fictional customer information only.
When you access the demonstration, we may collect or process limited information concerning:

- Pages and features accessed;
- Actions performed within the demonstration;

- Error reports;
- Security events; and
- Information voluntarily entered into the demonstration.
Do not enter real customer information, confidential business information, payment information, or credentials into the demonstration environment.

- The OpenHeight pilot program;

Permission to be contacted about a survey or demonstration is not consent to receive automated marketing text messages.
OpenHeight does not currently use the website survey as consent for marketing SMS messages. If we later offer live text-message communications, we will use separate consent language, Messaging Terms, and opt-out procedures where required.

WordPress, our hosting provider, and other infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for:

Survey responses may be stored within our WordPress website and may also be delivered to our configured business email address.
We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or disaster-recovery systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, transmission method, database, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for avoiding the submission of sensitive information we have not requested and for protecting any credentials provided for accessing a demonstration.
